Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)
You do not need to contact us. Account deletion is built into the app:
- Open Midecal and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out, you can no longer sign in, and your profile stops being visible to anyone.
If you cannot open the app
If you have uninstalled Midecal or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on the account and we will delete it for you:
Please send it from the email address on the account, or include it in the message, so we can confirm the request is yours. We complete these requests within 30 days and will reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your ability to sign in, and your sign-in credentials.
- Your push-notification tokens, so notifications stop.
- The visibility of your profile to other users of Midecal.
What is kept, and why
Records of medical care you actually received — appointments, prescriptions, laboratory results and orders — are retained. Clinics, laboratories and pharmacies are legally obliged to keep treatment records, so these stay attached to the provider that delivered the care and cannot be erased on request.
If you never used a medical service through Midecal, there is no such record to retain.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, but it does not block you from using Midecal again — you can register again with the same email address, and it will be a new, empty account.
